Privacy Policy
No data collected by the app
Not Yet works offline. It has no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs. The app does not send personal data to the developer or third parties. There is no developer-hosted account or activity history to retain or delete.
Preferences stay on your Mac
Language, durations, display options and Away mode preferences are stored locally until changed or removed. Sessions are not saved or restored. Launch at login is managed by macOS. You can change preferences in Settings, disable Away mode to stop idle-time checks, and disable launch at login through the app or macOS. Contact us if you need help removing local preferences.
Away mode
Only when enabled, Not Yet checks the time since the last keyboard or mouse interaction about every 2 seconds. It does not read or record keys, clicks, screen content or an activity history. Checks pause during system sleep. Turning the feature off stops these checks.
Apple services
App Store purchases and any diagnostics you choose to share through macOS are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. Not Yet includes no separate payment or crash-reporting service.

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Its pages do not include analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, embedded third-party media or non-essential cookies. The interactive demo runs in your browser and does not control your Mac. To serve and protect the website, Hostinger may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times. These hosting records are separate from the offline app. Their retention depends on the service, its configuration and applicable legal requirements; the support-email deletion period below does not apply to them.

Support and privacy requests are received at andrei@amiranda.com.br through email hosted by KingHost. Sending an email shares your address, message, attachments and delivery information with Andrei Miranda and the email providers involved. This information is used to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Your messages are not used for advertising.

Support correspondence in the mailbox under our control is deleted within 90 days after the request is closed, unless retention is required by law. In that case, only the necessary information is retained for the required period. You can request earlier deletion by email. Providers may retain technical logs or backup copies under their own service terms and legal obligations; deleting a message from the support mailbox does not guarantee immediate removal of every provider backup.
Your privacy requests
Contact andrei@amiranda.com.br to ask about processing, request access to or correction of your personal information, or request deletion and exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your data. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements. We cannot access preferences stored only on your Mac, but can help you remove them.

Their infrastructure and service providers may process information in other countries, as described in their applicable policies and service terms. The offline app does not send your activity to these providers.

Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated review date. This policy covers the Not Yet app, this website and voluntary support contacts; Apple and the service providers describe their own processing in their respective privacy policies.
